Netria wants you to have a customer friendly experience; therefore each client has a dedicated account manager that will be personally assigned to you for all of your needs.
Opening an account with Netria
Simply fill out a credit application to obtain payment terms or credit card application.
Requesting a Quote
Quotes can be requested through your representative by email, phone, IM or through the Netria website. Your quote will be responded to in a timely fashion as we understand time is money.
Fulfilling a PO
Once you determine that you would like to place an order with Netria we advise you to send your dedicated account manager a PO that outlines what is being ordered; the price, the part’s, conditions and shipping instructions.
Customers will have tracking made available to them the day after a product ship. In some cases, tracking will be available the same day a product ships, just reach out to Netria or your dedicated Account Manager
All shipments are considered “blind drop shipments”. There will be no reference to Netria on any package or literature.
Netria has a very fair RMA policy. RMA’s need to be submitted within 30 days of being invoiced, but on occasion Netria will review the RMA and the events that triggered it, an try to work with the customer on a resolution
