Netria Corporation RMA Guidelines
A (Return Material Authorization) RMA# must be obtained prior to shipping product to our Returns Receiving Warehouse or product will be refused, at the customer’s expense. Email RMA@netriacorp.com to request a return. The following information must be included in the request:

Purchase Order Number
-
Product SKU & Description
-
Quantity
-
Reason for Return
-
Request credit or replacement
An RMA# will only be issued for returns within 30 days of invoice date.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Special orders and items quoted NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) may NOT be returned.
Please note the following specifications for return:

Within 30 days of receipt of goods a 20% restock fee will be assessed. Restock fees cannot be waived unless approved by management. All account balances must be paid in full for consideration.

Product must be packaged to include all original accessories such as software, cables, manuals, etc. Retail product must be returned in the original packaging. Return will be inspected upon arrive into warehouse to ensure compliance.

Product must be packaged in a manner to prevent damage during shipment.

All returns must be in our warehouse 10 business days from issuance of RMA#.

Credit will be issued up to 30 days from the date of return receipt upon successful completion of inspection.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all deliveries within 3 business days. The purchaser shall notify supplier of any defects, damages, shortages and over shipments, in any of the products received. Notify your carrier in the event of any damage to your shipment as a result of the delivery, as well as Netria Corp’s RMA department. This will ensure timely inspection and credit of any product deemed improperly handled. If product is signed for without noting damage at time of receipt, Netria Corp is not responsible for damage.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective Returns
Products that do not work at first use are eligible to be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt dependent upon the manufacturer’s policy. As policies vary, Netria Corp will work with you to resolve any defect issues. Certain manufacturers may require that defective and/or DOA products be returned directly to them, or they may limit the return time frame after purchase. Please contact the RMA department for assistance.
Warranty
Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer of the products. The seller makes no warranties whatsoever.
