In 2015, Netria Corporation became 100% employee owned. Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP, each employee owns a very real stake in the company and stands to benefit or lose, based on the company’s success or failure. It is a real incentive to do our best work every day – to insure that our customers are happy and we do the very best to bring products and service to them.
