  • Obtain individual revenue and gross profit goal as assigned to your team
  • Assist Team Lead in obtaining team revenue and gross profit goal as assigned to your team
  • Handle the tracking for all team orders
  • Call Team Lead’s client database by focusing on the junior personnel(50-75 daily calls)
  • Contact clients/prospects managed by you personally(20-30 daily calls)
  • Must thrive enjoy and thrive on the phone
  • Document all calls and tasks into the SAGE CRM’s communication field
  • Handle those easier online quotes and buys(5-10 daily) assigned by the Team Lead or Team Admin.
  • Enter 5-10 quotes into SAGE CRM daily
  • Send weekly email blast to team database
  • Develop and implement a strategy for retaining and further developing existing clients
  • Respond to RFQ’s in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide service to existing clients that is consider suitable and would not disparage the image of the Netria Corporation.
  • Report to superiors any mistakes, or events that could have a significant impact on the fiscal policies of the Netria Corporation
  • Work with all sales, operations and shipping personnel in such a way that promotes a team environment.
